1, installation preparation conditions: After signing the contract, our company will put forward the relevant site layout information requirements to the user within ten days.
2, relevant information: Our company will be delivered with the package to provide users with a complete use, installation, commissioning, maintenance and other instructions and quality certificates and other documents.
3, free installation and commissioning: After the arrival of the instrument, our company sent professional installation engineers within a week to develop the installation plan, confirm the installation conditions, and come to the door with the user to open the box inspection, free installation and commissioning, until the acceptance and signing of the "Acceptance and commissioning report".
4. Training plan:
4.1 Free personnel technical training and long-term technical support plan. After the installation and commissioning of the user, the professional installation engineer will conduct free training for the user for 2 to 3 days at the installation site, including the technical principle of the instrument, instrument operation, debugging, data processing, daily basic maintenance of the instrument and the precautions for use. More than 2 people will be trained and a full set of training materials will be provided. After training can achieve their own skilled operation, maintenance, maintenance.
4.2 Our company will provide long-term free product performance, use, maintenance and other aspects of technical consultation. There are about 3 regular 7-day training courses every year. Main training locations: Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu and other places. Number of trainees: 10~20 people.
The main training programs are:
(A) preparation of liquid chromatography system working principle;
(b) preparation of liquid chromatography system operation method and parameter setting;
(c) preparation of liquid chromatography system maintenance and maintenance;
(4) Preparation of liquid chromatography system application progress training;
(5) Preparation of liquid chromatography system using question answering and analysis.
5, Warranty period: Instrument host and main parts of the free warranty period of 2 years (consumables and consumable products are not included), the warranty period from the date of instrument acceptance signature calculation. During the warranty period, all services and accessories (caused by the equipment itself) are free, and lifelong maintenance is provided.
6, maintenance response time: Our company maintenance engineers within 4 hours after receiving the notice to the user's service requirements to make a substantive response, and provide emergency strategies. If you need on-site service, arrive at the scene within 24 hours.
7, warranty maintenance: warranty period, our company will provide regular maintenance lifelong maintenance services. Our company promises to charge maintenance fees outside the warranty period, if you need to replace spare parts and purchase accessories, will be provided at cost.
8, software and hardware upgrades: Our company will provide users with lifelong software upgrades of the instrument free of charge, and the related hardware upgrades are charged with cost. Provide formal upgrade solutions for issues and faults that cannot be resolved by maintenance and technical support.
9, spare parts: long-term guarantee stock supply.
10, return visit customers: Our company will regularly return to customers (or maintenance, inspection and maintenance), feedback product use, to help users solve the use and maintenance of related technical problems.
